Policies
Shipping: Tangible products are shipped within 2 business days and sent media mail unless another method is requested. Electronic products are usually available for immediate download, although differences in software, browser settings and connection speeds may cause problems. If unable to download your product, please email and your product will be emailed usually within 24 hours
Returns: We strive to create the highest quality products possible, and customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are unhappy with a print or tangible product please return within 30 days for a full refund. Sorry no refunds are possible with electronic or downloadable products. However please let us know if you are unhappy so we can improve. Feedback is always appreciated.
Privacy: The privacy of your information is very important to us. We do not use cookies or autotracking software. If you purchase a product from us we will will not disclose your e-mail address to anyone. Your information will not be sold ever. We will on rare occasions send an email to purchasers of our products, letting you know of a new edition or a new product. If you do not wish even this rare email, please let us know and we will remove your name from out customer lists right away.
